E24 on a Bosch dishwasher is a drainage fault. Water is not draining within the expected time, usually because the filter is clogged, the drain hose is blocked, or the drain pump is failing.
The fix is to clear the entire drain path, from the filter to the hose to the pump, and replace the pump if it has failed. A kinked or high-looped hose can also cause the code.
